Radial Brush Holders
The radial brush holders are made by raw or semi-raw brass sheets, it comes with a toothed side to adjust the spiral spring load and brass clamp complete with screws.
The radial brush holders are available in Small and Large size:
Small Size
The small size radial brush holders are made by assembling to the brush holder section:
- Two sides of 1 mm brass sheet
- Two platelets of 1.5 mm brass sheet
The Brush Holder is completed by:
- 8 x 0.3 mm stainless steel spiral spring
- 5 mm brass pin
- stainless steel small handle
- 1 x 10 mm stainless steel locking pin
- 8 mm wide brass clamp
Three brush sections are available:
8 x 15 mm
8 x 16 mm
8 x 20 mm
Large Size
The large size radial brush holders are made by assembling to the brush holder section:
- Two sides of 1.2 mm brass sheet
- Two platelets of 1.5 mm brass sheet
The Brush Holder is completed by:
- 8 x 0.5 mm stainless steel spiral spring
- 7 mm brass pin
- stainless steel small handle
- 1.5 x 15 mm stainless steel locking pin
- 10 mm wide brass clamp
Three brush sections are available:
10 x 20 mm
15 x 20 mm
20 x 20 mm
The spiral spring load is adjusted by the small handle operating on the brass pin and, through it, on the spring.
The external dimensions and the fixing holes of the clamp are made according to the customer requirements.
