Single Box Brush Holders
The single box series brush holders are available in two versions:
- Constant spring load brush holders
- Variable spring load brush holders
Which are different both in the materials and in their components:
Constant spring load brush holders
- The base is made from a 1.5 mm raw brass or semi-raw brass sheet
- The box is made from 1,2 mm raw or semi-raw brass sheet
- Galvanized iron spring 5 x 0.4 mm
- Brass pin 5 mm OT58
Variable spring load brush holders
- The base made from 1.5 mm raw or semi-raw brass sheet
- The is box made from 1,2 mm raw or semi-raw brass sheet
- Stainless steel wire spring 0.8 mm
- Brass pin OT58 4 mm
- Toothed staple made from raw or semi-raw 1 mm brass sheet
- Stainless steel locking pin 10 x 1 mm
According to Customer's requirements the base can be made with or without fixing holes with a diameter of 4.1 or 6.3 mm and a center-to-center gap of 18 or 22 mm.
They can be provided with insulating support and bushes for the fixing screws, both made in Ryton.
Both types of brush holders can be mounted on shaped and size collars defined by the customer.
The collars are either made of insulating plastic or galvanized iron, complete with insulating support and bushes for the fixing screws.

6 x 12 mm 8 x 20 mm
8 x 10 mm 8 x 25 mm
8 x 15 mm 10 x 16 mm
8 x 16 mm 10 x 20 mm
